Peter Maloney brings a unique combination of real estate experience and a background in education to every client relationship. As a REALTOR® with Sibcy Cline, Peter represents buyers, sellers, investors, and relocation clients throughout Greater Cincinnati and surrounding communities. He was recognized at Sibcy Cline’s Bronze Sales Level for the 2025–2026 fiscal year.

Peter is also a special education teacher with Cincinnati Public Schools, a role he has held since 2019. His teaching background shapes the way he works with real estate clients—listening carefully, explaining complex information clearly, staying organized, and advocating for the people he serves. Whether guiding a first-time buyer, advising a seller, helping an investor evaluate an opportunity, or assisting someone relocating to Cincinnati, Peter takes an education-first approach so clients feel informed and confident throughout the process.

As a condominium owner and HOA president in Mariemont, Peter also brings firsthand experience with association documents, reserve planning, shared maintenance responsibilities, and other considerations involved in condominium ownership.

Peter earned his bachelor’s degree in special education from the University of Cincinnati and completed his real estate education through Davis College. Backed by Sibcy Cline’s experience, training, and resources, he helps clients understand the market, evaluate their options, negotiate effectively, and connect with trusted local professionals.
